Deposits

  • When making an appointment you will be asked for a deposit. This is used to secure the appointment
  • If you have treatment your deposit will be deducted from the cost of the treatment
  • Deposits will be refunded in full if you cancel your appointment by giving at least 24 hours notice

Consultations

  • Consultations take 30 minutes and are included in the cost of treatment
  • If you do not have treatment, a nominal £35.00 charge will be made and you receive a voucher to the equivalent value that can be redeemed against the cost of treatment taken within 3 months of your consultation
