Deposits
When making an appointment you will be asked for a deposit. This is used to secure the appointment with the medical practitioner
If you have treatment your deposit will be deducted from the cost of the treatment
Deposits will be refunded in full if you cancel your appointment by giving at least 24 hours notice
Consultations
Consultations take 30 minutes and are included in the cost of treatment. If you do not have treatment you will be charged £35.00 for the consultation and be given a voucher that will entitle you to £35.00 off the cost of treatment taken within 3 months of the consultation
